When you download the free sampler, you join the WanderNudges mailing list. Your email address (and first name if provided) is stored and processed by Brevo SAS (formerly Sendinblue), our email marketing processor, headquartered in France. Brevo is subject to EU GDPR and acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement.
We use a confirmed opt-in (double opt-in) process: you will receive a confirmation email and your address is only added to our list once you click the confirmation link. This verifies your consent and protects against unauthorised sign-ups.
Brevo records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked, so we can understand what is useful to subscribers.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Removal is processed immediately. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
Purchases of the practitioner deck are processed through Payhip. When you buy, Payhip collects your name, email address, billing country and order details, and shares these with us so we can deliver your purchase, provide support and keep tax records.
Payments are handled by Payhip's payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). WanderNudges never sees or stores your card details. Payhip's own privacy policy also applies to its processing.
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how visitors find and use this site. Umami does not use cookies and does not store data that identifies you. IP addresses are not stored; they are only used momentarily to create an anonymous identifier that changes daily. Data is aggregated.
Our hosting provider also automatically records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. These are used only to keep the site secure and running.
This website is built with WordPress and Elementor, which set certain cookies to make the site function correctly. We do not use analytics, advertising or retargeting cookies.

When you purchase through Etsy, Etsy acts as an independent data controller for your transaction, payment and delivery data, and its own privacy policy applies. Once you leave this site, we are not responsible for how third parties handle your data.
